Manaslu conservation area situated in Gorkha District covers an area of 1663 square kilometers and seven villages like Samagaun, Lho, Prok, Bihi, Chumchet, Chhekampar and Sirdibas. It is located bordering the Annapurna conservation area in the west and Tibetan Plateau on the north and the east.
