Salpa pass trekking trail is the links of two popular trekking region Makalu and Everest. Salpa pass trek is a silent trek for those who seeking less crowded destination, it begins at Tumlingtar and ends at Lukla. There are two passes in the valley, the Salpa pass and the Surkie la pass.
Trekking trail passes along the holy lake Salpa Pokhari (3458m), beautiful waterfalls and many Sherpa settlements. Salpa pass trek offers excellent views of Everest, Makalu and other numerous peaks of Mahalangur Himalayan range. We recommend this trip for those who are seeking less crowded virgin walking trail. Highest access of salpa pass is Salpa Banjang at 3358m.
Salpa pass located between the Sagarmatha and Makalu Barun National park. Makalu trekking region is blessed with an incredible diversity of nature and culture. Day 01: Welcome to Nepal, upon your arrival in Nepal our representative assists to transfer hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu sightseeing and preparation.
Day 03: Flight from Kathmandu to Lukla then trek to Paiya (2730m).
Day 04: Trek from Paiya to Panggom (2850m).
Day 05: Trek from Panggom to Najingdingma (2910m).
Day 06: Trek from Najingdingma to Bung (1677).
Day 07: Trek from Bung to Sanam (2850m).
Day 08: Trek from Sanam to Guranse via Salpa pokhari (3350m).
Day 09: Trek from Guranse to Phedi (2760m).
Day 10: Trek from Salpa Phedi to Gothe Bazaar (1128m).
Day 11: Trek from Gothe Bazaar to Majwa (2550m).
Day 12: Trek from Majwa to Kartiki Ghat (457m).
Day 13: Trek from Kartiki Ghat to Tumlingtar (410m).
Day 14: Flight to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner.
