Lamjung himal trek is a low altitude and rarely visited trekking trail of Annapurna region. Trip start from Besisahar and offers an impressive view of the central Himalayas, highlight of the this trek are panoramic views of snow capped peaks like Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Ganesh himal and Himal Chuli etc.
Lamjung himal trek is moderate grade trek in North west of Nepal which is considered as a non-technical trek, physically fit those have a sense of adventure can enjoy this trip.
Lamjung himal is located south of the Manaslu region and east of Annapurna. Lamjung himal base camp trekking takes you through the rich of cultural heritage of Gurung village to the pristine area of Lamjung it starts from Besisahar which is about 180 km away from Kathmandu valley. Walking trail after Ghalegaun which offers the massif views of the Annapurna range, Manaslu and Lamjung Himal.
Lamjung himal trek follows the Rhododendron forest full with diversified species of flora and fauna, mountain ridges, and unique landscapes. Best season for Lamjung himal trek is February to May and August to December but it can arrange in whole year. Day 01: Welcome to Nepal, upon your arrival in Nepal our representative welcome and assists to transfer hotel.
Day 02: Kathmandu tours and preparation.
Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Besisahar (760 m).
Day 04: Trek from Besishar to Ghalegun (2050 m)
Day 05: Trek from Ghalegun to Maidu (3200 m).
Day 06: Trek from Maidu to Chisa (3800 m).
Day 07: Trek from Chisa to Thulo Tal (4400 m)
Day 08: Trek from Thulo Tal to Lamjung Himal base camp (4500 m)
Day 09: Trek from Lamjung Himal Base Camp to Singaligoth (2900 m).
Day 10: Trek from Singaligoth to Tanting (1580 m).
Day 11: Trek from Tanting to Lamakhet (1100 m).
Day 12: Trek from Lamakhet to Pokhara (820 m).
Day 13: Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu, evening farewell dinner.
